Why does it say my Tweet ID is incorrect or doesn't exist?

This can be because Twitter has the tweet hidden or your profile is private.

If your profile is not private then you can check to see if the Tweet is hidden by twitter by logging out of Twitter and going to the Tweet's link. If it does not load the tweet then it is hidden.
